The hotel is so gorgeous, the staff is helpful. The rooms are reasonably spacious, with a very good bed, shared bathroom, views of Volcan Osorno provided. The venue serves amazing and top breakfasts. The location of the hotel in La Ensenada is tranquil, short walk to Lake District, and Puerto Varas which offers much better value for money. Thank you for an extra special stay.

I found the hotel's location amazing, close enough to restaurant, the volcano and national parks, and Puerto Varas which offers much better value for money. It also was to national park. Top breakfast specially with Eloá's homemade bread, and the staff was amiable.

Gorgeous and ideal hotel, we loved it.

We had the family king room which was beautiful. Having a shower, bath sheets, and slippers was a bonus. Location: the hotel was next to Lake District and the lake. It also was to other places nearby.
